Transit Damage & Broken Seal Guarantee
If your package arrives with broken glass, transit damage, or a compromised hermetic inner seal, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will immediately arrange a complimentary replacement shipment or complete refund.
Food Hygiene & FSSAI Standards
As consumable gourmet food products governed by FSSAI regulations, opened spice bottles cannot be returned for restock once the vacuum seal has been broken, ensuring complete safety and purity for all customers.
Gift Hampers & Keepsake Boxes
For our artisanal wooden gift hampers, if any component (such as the wooden box, brass diya, or personalized insert) sustains transit defects, we will dispatch a replacement item or complete hamper promptly.
